Yes, I am planning an backpacking to Taiwan before my enlistment. Initially I actually wanted to plan an around the island cycling trip =) But...Cycling around S'pore already posed as a life threatening experience so nah.

Hot springs

Well thats the initial plan but I guess if i wanna make it into reality, I need to plan fast! Need advice from people who actually went Taiwan before! Well best source would be from my cousin since they went there almost like 4 times already.

Anyway did I mention it will be backpacking alone? I know it sounds crazy but it's something on my mind for quite sometime. Free and easy.

Hopefully this time, i won't be just daydreaming about it.

My toe was fine the night before, but when i woke up this morning , i cant even bend it.

My life is pretty messed up recently.
Guess i will try to mend it right starting from now.
Let the past be in the past for now.

Set new goal every now and then for myself.

Goals for now:
Smile to at least 10 person per day.
Go for training at least ONCE per week.
At least 50 push up every other day if possible =/

No point emoing when there is this bunch of ppl out there that still care for me.
I know you all did all this to cheer me up. I really appreciate it all.

No more living like a low level technician in my centralised sewage plant.
I shall be the Plant Manager and change all the shit to other useful stuff!

Really not prepared for tml work, will be taking in live call tml....
Nvm lah on the job learning mah, Must have raw material( Shit) before can make it into useful stuff =))

Suddenly have the urge to blog today.

Went for a last min work today at the national library under Novus, yeah like only Weina and ST know where it is. As usual, chaotic like mad when the dinner started. Ran out of knifes, forks, plates and best of all FOOD. Well despite all that I really enjoyed myself today. The view up there is fabulous, 16th floor and full view of the marina area. Ran onto one guy who i had worked with previously before and he got a bit tipsy haha. Today event was a blast because we get to drink and eat after the event finish haha!! ST JEALOUS A NOT!!! haha not like he will see this anyway.

Anyway a lot things had been happening lately and I'm lazy to blog.

Night cycling

Went night cycling with Jie, Shawn and michelle =D
Was really surprising that Jie parent actually agreed to it.
We cycled from our starting point at Downtown east all the way to Geylang to eat durian.
After that we explore our way to east coast to watch sun rise and the sun rise is really awesome.
It really looked like an oversized egg yolk.
The four of us braved our asses ( due to the bike seat) and cycled back to our ending point which is the bike rental shop at Pasir Ris. That mark the end of our 10 hour of cycling with free milo =D

Went to Pula Ubin with jie and her classmate. It's my first time going there haha. Fed a lot of mosquito there , can be consider doing a good deed right? hahah. The scenery there was awesome and the sunset was...ermm....squarish haha!
Oh and guess what a small world we are in? I bump into Li Ting and her friends at Pula Ubin and one of jie classmate was actually from EVSS and we are from the same batch!! We even had soccer match together last time haha.

My Belated birthday celebration with Isaac, Jun Qiang, Lin Quan, Pang Yao and Wee Teck. Oh and also farwell outing for JQ who will be enlisted for NS this Tuesday. BOtak!!! haha

Went to eat BK at cineleisure before the moive, damn irritating because i cant eat beef so cannot eat the BK Singles meal which is $4++, then no choice have to eat grill chicken which is $6++....

Handsome suit!!! Really funny show that made me laugh until stomach cramp hahaha!

Finally ate the wanton mee at sunshine plaza, damn shoik although WT say got one stall even better at lavandar there, looking forward for him to bring me there to eat =D

Fo Outing @ Sentosa

Final clash Sentosa and damn fun and funny. Main comm lollipop is the best!!! In-built raffia string, newspaper, trash bag, newspaper, hahah super compacted and strong.

Then went to "swim" in the sea, manage to throw a lot ppl into the water but then the carrying distance was seriously damn far from the water haha.

Too bad suddenly got thunder and rain so everyone has to evacuate from the water. Went to TAS to bath, thanks to all the htm and lrm ppl haha. Seriously I know i forget to bring something but cannot remember.......I Forget to bring extra Underwear!!! Na Bei.... in the end have to commando back home....

Rest at Vivo for a while because raining then shift to amphitheater to have dinner. SP ppl are silly.....they started to the Oi cheer, then Tp of course start to cheer back then it become a cheering outbreak session!!! Super lot of cheer and super fun!!!

1st March

Went to Jen bday party at Aloha Loyang. Suppose to meet up with Priya, Em and Rachelle at 2.30 but they all pang sei me... There were a lot of star that night, super nice!!! right dear?? hehe

2nd, 3rd, 4th March

Jie went to tighten her braces and lucky it wasn't as painful as what Priya experiences.

Later on went to Aiki chalet at coasta sand pasir ris, it was raining hard but then when i reach only left grace, rizwan, azahari and hamzah while the rest go "eat". In the end, they went to eat, play arcard and watch movie....Dots.
My stomach was protesting so went to NTUC with riz to buy cup noodles, damn happy to find 70 cent cup noodle, damn proud of myself to actually find it haha!! In the end, we bought a few of them and some sushi back and had a mini cup noodle bonding session.

The main group came back after their movie then there was this bucket of strawberry yogurt where we started to play blackjack to see who get to eat the yogurt haha.
Talked a lot of crap with them at night till near morning. We were talking about first kiss and stuff then me and sheng long were playing a fool around when jah joon pushed our head and we actually kissed ...on the lip somemore sia!! Wah lau eh!! Too bad for sheng long lar his second kiss kanna stolen by me haha!!!!

So when the sun rises, lin quan, wen qiang and me went jogging. Went to eat prata at coffee shop at pasir ris there. Damn shoik lar haha. Lq then went back to take his bike where we walked back.
Then we waited a while then went swimming, to be more specific is playing water haha.
It started to rain after a while... Meet dear after swimming then went to EP find her charger.
Went back home awhile then go back chalet.
Back at the chalet then went to rent bike for night cycling.
Some stuff happened and make my mood damn bad that afternoon....but glad that i solved it in the end haha
"Tea" session with wen qiang was great!

Night Cycling was damn fun!!
Cycled for 6 hour with an hour break at ECP mac.
Even at 3 am mac still got student meal hahaha!!!!
Tried cycling to Marina Barrage but met a dead end instead, maybe next year will be linked ba?
When cycling back i was like going bonks and kept singing and talking rubbish to keep myself awake haha. "The more we get together, together, together....."
Everyone was like dead when they reached back the chalet haha.

My main exam are finally over!!!!

Today had my lunch with few of my course mate at Pastamania. Had lots of laughter and fun with them. Melissa was feeling very high due to lack of sleep for the past few days and she just kept laughing and laughing non-stop. Went to rachelle house to chill and play Wii for a while. Once again it has proven that I can't play any game dealing with rhythms. Went home after that and went facebooking. Think I am getting addidicted to playing facebook ardy.

cleaning up: 10 min

I was feeling really hungry just now so I went to my kitchen and was about to cook Maggie for supper but then fried rice instead. It tasted alright i guess, just rice and egg. Cooking is fun but the washing part just sux..... Was about to take a pic of my masterpiece but it seem that my mouth eat faster than my camera. You can say it was gone in a "flash", or before. haha

Had lunch with some of my aikido peeps. The lunch wasn't that great due to some Tabasco sauce...
Yeah but too bad I had to rush to do sociology project. Some idiot just doesn't realise playing left4dead during project meeting really piss ppl off...Nabei waste time only.
Then went off to Iz house at Sembawang. Played dai dee and monopoly mostly. Its was really great to hang out with them again, miss all the crap and rubbish from them. Next year must go again!!!!

Didnt know what is happening around me any more, people dont share stuff with me anymore....Feel like getting derailed. Heck care, since when I am on rail anyway haha.

Took Da Jiu car back to my grandfather house.
Almost got into accident thrice but thanks to my Da Jiu Super driving skill, alertness, Mercedes superb braking system, my pig and also blessing from guan yin ma I am still in one piece. Saw a lot of wrecked car along the north-south expressway... Too bad no time to see their car plate hahah.
Finally realized that safety belt is REALLY impt!!!

Now currently at my cousin house, gonna go to my grandfather house tml. Took this time to do a quick post before i am being cut off with the rest of the world. T.T

So I went to M'sia this morning. Jammed all the way from Malaysia side to Singapore customs. Zzz wasted quite alot of time.

Something memorable happened today, I actually shed my first tear since a few years ago. Kinda relieved after seeing myself shed tears, it just proved that my tear ducts are still working hahha. As for the reason to make me actually shed my precious tears......

I finally got myself ~~kotex~~ Contacts lenses!!!

It was damn torturing when trying to put them on. I spent about 30 min just to get one of them in with pain and irritation. >.<
Went back and try again for another hour. Finally got both of them in myself and now I am blogging wearing them haha. O.O
However still not very used to the feeling of having contacts lenses on yet.

My very first 200th Blog post.

It has been such a long time since I first started blogging. Looking back at those stupid/funny/emo/adventure post really bring back memories.

Recently many things has happened, the good, the bad, the sweet and the sour.
School life has been really hectic as usual with tons of projects, report, test, quiz and club activities.
But anything that doesn't kill me makes me stronger!! Gotta stay strong and steady!!

The massacre is going to begin..... another one whole week of test and submission after CnY. Prepare to see a zombie like cy =x

Lee ping and Ed got into an accident, lucky got no serious injuries......had me worried for them but so glad and relieved when I heard they are okay.

Life is so short and unpredictable. The one you loved and cared might just disappear the next minute. Although they had been living with my family for almost nine year yet only until today I really felt how important they were in my life. How they made me from a really nerdy boy to a normal nerd and then to who I am now, A better nerd.

Yep Today is Da DAY!
Went to Changi General Hospital for field trip!
This is the very first field trip in my two year in TP seh!
Our guide for the day is Lian!!! Of course she not an ah lian, she an engineer of biomedical in CGH.
Went to quite a number of places and they were so interesting!
A couple of place we went to are the A&E, ICU, isolation ward, sleep analysis ward, Clinical Trials & Research Unit (CTRU), endoscopy room, laboratory, sport medicine, rehabilitation and of course the MRI and CT scan room!!

12 thing I learnt today.

1) Its my first time going in A&E
2) The endoscopy room really has a hospital smell...
3) You can do endoscope from the mouth and rear entrance ( anus) .
4) They uses the very same tube for both way. Of course there is a machine which clean it but i still find it very gross.
5) By being a guinea pig in the CTRU can earn a lot of money.
6)I still cant get over the endoscopy thing
7) Isolation ward has a separate ventilation system and has lower pressure inside the room.
8) Sleep analysis ward uses KING KOIL mattress!!
9) CGH lab is at basement and its quite boring down there.
10) MRI SCAN IS SOOOOOOOOOO COOL!!!!!! Too bad we CT scan no patient when we went over.....
11) MRI and CT look like a big doughnut hahaha.
12) CGH refershment is really nice!! Especially the ice cream puff, yummy!
13) Bonus-My blog is a bit different today.

Yesterday went to bendemeer secondary for some JAE thing with boyce, leom and phyllis.
Although they are from my course I didn't talk to them much and yesterday I spoke to them more than the total of this two year. When we returned to school, phyllis actually counted how many friends that greet me along the way from concourse. And it turned out that I said "Hi" to eight people, not that many lar...right?

I gonna delicate this post to boy boy aka my spoilt "sister".

I not leaving, i'm just gonna take a break and its has not been decided yet i am still CONSIDERING.....

However I can promise you that I will be back to slam you into pieces again if I really took a break.
The friendship we shared is not made out of Styrofoam, it doesn't break that easily lar silly girl.
We didn't bond together because we choose to, but unconsciously though the joy we share, the joke we crack, the up and downs we had and not to mention the slams during training.

Went for both mass dance at the koi pond and Eng hall 2 even though I not from any guides, but who cares? hahaha Too bad i missed out the second mass dance at koi pond....but nvm i still enojyed the chix dance and tp dance!!

Hey finally term break is here and I am finally updating this blog!

Congratulation to Lee Shing and Tse Wei for their blissful wedding!
Although because of your wedding and i had to miss the junior grading and sacrifice my mugging time but it was all worth it!! Felt so happy that you two finally tied the knob together!

On T.T

Most of the paper is doable except for medical devices. I am pretty sure that there is someone still cursing the paper haha.

The best paper is awarded to BioInformatics. Reason being that everyone studied the 1 inch notes like there’s no tomorrow and the theory part only came out 7 marks. Good job everyone!

Grading on Sat (13/12/08)

I went for my 3 kyu (brown-gold) grading on sat. It was pretty short compared to my brown grading but this time it was filled with pain and it shall be credited to nafees.
No pic this time round too bad.

Now for my personal ranting time.

Screw those game developers, why must they keep increasing the minimum spec for games. I had been fiddling cod 5 for the whole weekend. At first I though I should reward myself some gaming time but thanks to those game developers and my lousy graphic card I can’t play a shit. Screw SM 3.0.

Haven't been updating my blog for a while so i guess i shall make one short post.

First, I shall start with my result. My result was okay, nothing much to complain about. I am satisfied with it.

I started working at Schneider Electric Logistic Asia as a re-work assistant in its warehouse. My job scope include picking of goods from its locations, check remaining stock, data entry, sorting document, running here and there acting busy, getting cardboard cut all over my fingers and practically anything my supervisor told me to do.

In short, it's a sai kang job with an average pay.

However i am enjoying as i am finally working out my body everyday and earning money at the same time.

But due to work i had to my skip training at TP dojo but Kolam Ayer training still help me to "revise" my techniques. Looking forward to Thursday training to stretch my muscle.

Food hunt was so boring but yummy!!At first i was assign as a mobile officer (MO) but then they relocate me to station master (SM).My first station was at maxwell with june (e2), wan hui and lance ( the NS driver guy who always up there ^ ). Being a SM wasn't that easy at all, have to wait, and wait, and wait.... Worst of all the last group came 2 hour after the rest!!! But during the waiting period we ate a lot of good stuff haha. Then went to serangoon garden for the second station, there's food center there called chomp chomp, where there is a very delicious milkcurd with a lot of flavours !! Ended the day with a lot of picture but dunno with who haha. Yes i am a E2 qualified food hunter!!=D

Almost been a month since i last posted, well remember the picture i said? Well because of my lazyness i didn't upload it. Yes i am that Lazy.

Yesterday was a weird day for me. I actually spent the whole day doing NOTHING. I didn't went out, study or do any project at all. It just felt totally weird suddenly having to do nothing at all and all the Tv programme is either about oymlypic or some lame shit. Why judo have to be only on HD 5! I actually had been quite busy lately because of school and stuff and idiot law project. I think i need to learn how to slow down in this fast moving world.
Another thing is I have decided to work my ass off during the holidays to pay for aikido fees and books for next sem! But hey that doesn't mean I'm selling my ass okay! =X

Something happened today, which I have totally no control about it. Nothing much can be done, but I felt terrible when I heard about the news. There were no sign of it happening and yet that freaking Mr G just sends us an e mail and expects us to do it by this week. I don’t know how we going to accomplish it but it had to done. I don’t really see the point of continuing anymore but I will continue walking down this road I chosen. I am just pissed of that he just decides everything by himself and without talking to the whole community. I would have reacted better if the news was given like a least a month before hand not 1 week. Some more now we are busy on upcoming event and yet this kind of shit happened. Arg I just need to rant, but for sure my impression of him has dropped drastically and I don’t think I can respect or look up to him as before, even though I didn’t really respect him or look up to him anyway.

Haiz, I guess thing need to be solved and sometimes things just happen. For now, I will take it as a test for me; I will not lose control of myself anymore because of it.

Yeh!!!!!
Finally I finish my term test!!!
Overall the term test was fine except for the last two papers…Stupid medical electronics and molecular genetics.

After the paper, the group of us went to town to walk walk and shopping ( the girls lar). It was super fun hanging out with them and it was great especially after a week of exam stress.

As for the holidays, I will be spending it mostly on playing a fool around and my projects, which is due on 1st week after holiday. Although I had a lot of project, I think I should not complain because there is at least another 20 people doing the same project hahah!

Today will be my hell day! ( over 12 am liao ) I will be grading for my brown belt (4th kyu). It will be one hour of slamming and torture. Hopefully I don’t get uncle Tan as my uke, otherwise I will be flying all around the place hahah.

Arg so difficult to type a blog post at 2 am where my eyes are almost half closed.
I should be getting my well deserved rest right now so I shall end here!!

Awww tired out!!! Well I don’t even know if that was the right way to say but who cares?

Today I had finally let out all my stress I pended up for weeks!! Finally I felt relaxed and loose. Too bad Nafees backed out last min, Vincent and I had a lot of fun during the Aikido training. For Aikido, the Saturday and Sunday training is spilt into session conducted at pek kio and kolam ayer CC. First session is the normal training then we get to rest for a few minutes and the senior training aka hell training follows.
Today during the normal training, it was really fun training with the white belt.
But the highlight is the senior training!! It was really tough and tiring and we did “Randori” which mean free style sparring. It includes slam, throw and other techniques. For me, I was being paired up with two black belts and I didn’t last for even a minute. In the end I was being tau pok by those two senior.

Ok you might be thinking i am weird, but why am i acting so weird is becasue i just finish watching a jap drama. The name of the drama is " Densha Otoko " which mean trainman.

The plot
A true love story turned to bestselling novel, created from the Internet BBS, 2channel to blockbuster hit movie. Itoh Misaki plays Aoyama Saori, working as an office lady at a MNC, gets into trouble with a drunkard on a train. She's saved by Yamada Tsuyoshi, played by Itoh Atsushi. I really feel touched by this drama, although it is only 13 episode long. There just one part that is very irritating about the drama, it will make you sad and touched for a moment , then it will make you laugh using one of those japanese humor. So i was like stucked inbetween and don't know to laugh or what.

Anyway since i posting, i shall write some other stuff too!

Its been two week since i last blogged and it seems everyone also had put a halt to their blog.

Last friday was BIE get together!~ picture was taken but not with me yet. It was fun getting to hang out with all the freshie and helped to make the gathering a successful one. I was doing the logistic. Ok Mr Aw, i am soo sorry that i said medic didn't do anything. sorry ok?? Lets be friend again ok?? haha

Yesterday was aiki camp planning, during the day i found out a lot of stuff that is happing and i am gamemaster!!! cool eh??

Ok now for cy insight time.

As lq said, i think i had put too much pressure on myself lately. I tend to pressurize myself to get things done. In short, i put burden to myself. So from this moment onward i will clear the burden and move without that extra baggage.

Oh ya ... i planned to blog about something special next time maybe it would be completed during the holis to check back then!

Ah well been so busy this week......it just felt that too much thing has happen during a time that I myself cannot comprehend. Actually it is not that much of stuff compared to others, maybe because that i had been in slacking mode for too long. Gonna have lesson at 8am so it just mean that i have to wake up at 6plus. Actually i felt that i had been very grumpy and spacing off when people talk to me. Doh drepression getting on my back!!!!

Seriously i need to work on my interpersonal skill and english. Don't ask why.
Today during Medical devices lab, i actually almost doze off when sitting at the first row.
Then i had this module, network fundamentals, Well i guess it is quite stupid and we are suppose to be the guinea pig for the E-learning method. Thanks to it, for the first term we gonna have lecture once every two week.

I once read this in an e mail ( actually more than once), Life is all about choices.
I find it quite true last time, yet now i begin to find it unrealistic. Sometime in life, you are forced to make choices that you know is wrong. Not everything can be as simple as it seems, this is learnt from my supervisor during the holiday.

Because it is simple, that why it is not.

People tend to complicate stuff that is as simple as ABC. No matter how simple a task can be or a project can be. Humans will go for the extra mile to complicate stuff.
Actually i was thinking of typing an example, but when i start typing........more and more complicated situtation happened and i refuse to make myself go through all the trouble just for an example.

Enjoy every moment from now on, cause you never know when you will be sad.

Feeling damn sad right now, all because of a japanese drama. The title is " one liter of tears ".
If you feel that you need to check if your tears gland is clear and not choked up, i can suggest you to watch this drama. Beware the even the first episode is very touching and sad.

Damn it, i shouldn't be saying all this. It just doesn't seem like me but after watching this show, i had felt a feeling, the feel of my old self. I started to think deep again, despite my laziness i had my mind thinking again. What is life about? What i want to do during my life time? Am i really going to improve on my gramma? How long would it take to make me realise the difference between verb, noun and adjective?

Once again i felt this pain in my heart, after a very very long time. It is the feeling of sadness, from my heart. Life is really unpredictable.....

Ok after much trouble and hardwork i finally got my hands on the pic on my KL trip during feb!

The first day, the whole gang of us went to a hong kong style restaurant called "Kim Gary restaurant".

yummy? Pai sei i ardy had forgotten the name of the dish, but just look at the colour of the rice!
It was damn spicy! Also the dish is served in a sizzling hot stone bowl, so expect the hotness level to keep increasing!!

Ok this is what i ordered, i think it was chicken baked rice. Yar i know i am a chicken man!!!
Just look at the bamboo steamer baskets used to hold the rice and the cheezy rice!! wootyay!!

Acupuncture

Ok remember yesterday the post about my leg? Well I went to see a Chinese doctor today at some Chinese clinic. Well it turned out to be a sprain and the sinsei gave me some acupuncture, to be exact 5 needles.
Well I am prepared for the acupuncture before I walked into the clinic but then when the sinsei started on the first needle I was shocked, stunned, surprised and confused. All because he asked me to sit and he took a needle about 2 inch long or maybe even longer and poked it to the back of my head. Yar why the hell did you poke the needle on the back of my head when it is my foot that hurts??
Well but to my surprise when he asked me to take a few step, the pain did really subside a little. However it still hurt when I walk at normal pace. So the sinsei gave me another one on the back of my head. (The first one still on the back of my head)

Well after that second needle my foot felt much better. Just when I thought it is going to finish, the sinsei ask me to lie on the bed because he wanna give me a last acupuncture.
Guess what, I almost completely forgotten that two of the needle still on the back of my head until my head touches the pillow. The sinsei still told me that it is ok just relax my body, but how the hell am I going to relax with the risk of my brain getting stabbed by the needle?

Anyway before I know it there is already one needle on my leg, finally something that make sense. But then he went on with another 2 needles and when he finished poking my leg with the last needle, I can literally felt my blood flowing on my leg!

Oh well guess it was no big deal, cause the guy beside me had over 15 needle on his back and hand, one crazy dude I would say. Anyway the sinsei instructed me to avoid straining my foot for two week. Guess I had to take a break from aikido for two week then. However this give me a perfect excuse for not finding a job now haha! How you expect me to work when I have trouble even walking?? Ah well, I think I would just let my leg rest and wait for it to recover then.

Oh yar forget to mention about the IT fair, I gave a thought about it and I felt that I should either get a lappy or just rebuild my CPU. Although lappy would cost more, it would definitely benefit me more in the future than getting a new desky. So I made up my mind and decided to get myself a lappy when I have the money which is quite impossible. Oh the show gal at sony was hot!! Hehe only a few know the reason.

Some gadget do catch my eyes especially the ASUS U6Sg and F9Sg. However I decide on the first one cause the F9Sg had a ugly stupid camera there and the U6Sg was lighter anyway. From experience from my friends, they suggest I go for something light cause heavy lappy really is a torture when u bring it out with you. Too bad i am dead broke right now. My birthday is coming really soon!! Guess I had aleady gave u a big clue what I want for my present haha.

I decided to make this my rant post!

so i shall start my ranting and if you dont mind just read on ba

So frustration after frustration......making me more and more frustrated then ever before.

What i suppose to be doing: studying for biofund test....
What i am doing now: rant

Alot of things had been happening recently. Much of the things are stuff i cant control or i have no choice. All those shit stuff ( sai kang) and test, quiz, role play and HR problem....

I dont really feel like myself anymore, stress is taking over me but i try to fight back...If only i dont need to sleep i would be able to do much more stuff in a day.
Unbalanced and i have to freaking study and wake up at 7am later on.....shit

I really dislike people who doesnt put in effort to do their work and expect others to help them.
Is it really that hard to try first?? Why are you all afraid of making mistake? I do make mistake at many point of my life including school work. I am just a normal guy but i know learning from mistake does really help. How am i going to help if you dont even do anything?

Tired and wear out... i dont know how long i can hang in there anymore. I tried to push my way through but i am getting bruise and my body start to tear apart.
Now who is the idiot that says poly life is easy.... haiz

Now if felt that this is really pointless, ranting on my blog instead of studying...but i guess venting my frustration is better than keeping it down. Life is full of choices, and more choices follow on....it is a never ending loop.

New Year resolution

This post is dedicated to myself, so if u have no interests in what’s going on in my mind stop reading.

The pain on my body,
The stress on my mind,
The frustration that no word can describe.

It kinda felt weird because I had so much to tell, but when I really start typing I lost it all….
I wonder why I am making myself so stressed up. I know what I should be doing but talk is easier than doing the actual thing. What the heck is wrong with this Dec 2007?? It seems that things keep getting worst and worst. People say “it is not the result that counts; it is the process and what you had learnt from it.”
For me the process has never been easy, when everything is running smooth there will be always something there to stop the flow. Is it because that I am too perfectionist?
Learn to go with the Ki (flow of energy) that’s what I learnt from aikido. Everything happens for a reason, and for that reason we often don’t see. Whatever the process is, I must not be dishearten and withdraw myself. Learn to let go of things that should be left alone until the time come.

Yes I know this seem very very familiar, however so what if I know all these logic or thinking? When the time comes, I still feel like collapsing and all these ideal just doesn’t get into my brain unless I really pace myself down and start to think rationally. I know not everyone is born rich or special. It is up to them to make themselves special, how their action and thoughts goes.

After reading what I had just typed, I think it is time for me to make a New Year resolution.

1st
I need to stop worrying things that I can’t change; it is what I do now that counts

2nd
Do more cardio exercise, keep myself fit. How am I going to realise the rest of the goal if I am hanging half dead everyday?

3rd
Maintain my GPA, actually it is the easiest thing to do as I just need to add in a little more effort and enthusiasm that’s all.

4th
Stop setting goal for myself anymore. The more I set, the more I won’t achieve any one of them.

Blogging for me is really a very distressing method. I can type whatever comes into my mind and not worrying about anything except for those sneaky odex people.
I just spent 15 min from a mind in a state of confusion and tension to a peaceful state.
Ok then I think I shall just end here and do something else for the moment.
I love myself and my family and all my friend. I don’t usually do this but I love u all!!!!

I screwed up today….totally.
If you don’t know what happened, you better don’t as it is already over no point talking about it anymore.
It is true that bad stuff follow one another.
I thought I already had my retribution, but then things just keep getting worst.
However, I must say thanks to some of my friends who showered me with love, care and concern. Pulled me up when I almost crashed to the bottom of my life today, took care of me and giving me support when I really needed it.

Although today I had my worst and best, I must apologies to my entire classmate. Especially those who did the paper badly because of me, I hope you all will understand that it is not what I wanted also. Anyway I bet they won’t even go through my blog but for my very own conscious I must say sorry and thank you.

Word just can’t describe the feeling I am having now, rollercoaster ride all day.

Now is not the time I going to whine around and keep de-moralising myself.
I shall pluck all the courage I had and be as positive as I can. Life isn’t about a day or two of misfortune, there is still years ahead of today and if I let what happened today to affect tomorrow there will be no end to this cycle.

Focus on new target, look up and not afraid to make mistake, brave through all the odds as I would learn from mistake, and of all I know I am not alone, my friends are with me.

Learn to relax, during exam
Learn to be stress, when you finished the paper
Chance of sleeping early and wake up late.
Last but not least, the holiday that followes after exam!

Haiku and life

The sky is darken,
Mind with earthquake and fire,
Peace is found within.

Yea my very own haiku that describe my feeling right now.
Yesterday I watched one TV programme that gave me an insight on life.

It said that, if someone beat you up on Monday for no reason and u felt very injustice and u complain it to your friends.
On Tuesday, you still can’t get over the incident and decided to find someone to beat that guy back. Therefore u will relate the whole incident to your friend.
On Wednesday, you got your revenge but still you decided to announce it to the whole world. So you make a blog post about it so all your friend will know.
On Thursday, your entire friend saw the post and start to discuss the topic with you.
And so on u wasted almost a week on an incident that happens for no reason.
Life is short and yet we are wasting it like water.
The show also said one line that I felt very meaningful. It said that every time we tell people about the incident, it is equivalent to getting beat one more time.

We should use something positive to overcome the negative part and make our life more meaningful and worthwhile.
I think it applies to everyone as life is full of choices, in times you will make a wrong decision and things turn out to be a mess. So are u going to wimp about the mess or try to salvage the situation?? I will choose the latter.

Anyway just to update something about my life now….
I am no saint I will get angry at time and get totally pissed off. However I tried suppressing my anger and temper because I know losing them won’t do any good to me.

Poly life isn’t easy at all when project, quiz and test start pouring at me. Well at least I still able to manage with the support from my friends. I am no good at words, but hey thank you for helping me all these time!

Tp rawks cum CCN day cum pay day

On thurs was tp rawks!!!! And i was one of the helper in captain ball!!!! Too bad it kept drizzling and a bit of bad miscommunication here and there. But hey people werent born planner or leader. In the end everything worked out fine haha.
Right after tp rawks, me and lq went to trainning right away and guess what??
I think i injured my shoulder due to improper slam ( that teaches me not to slack during training)

Then yesterday was CCN day!! so many people were setting up stalls!!! Ours class were selling COOKIES!!!!! I was so proud of myself as i had sold my share in less than one hour!!! THX u all my friend for making my life easier!!
After selling my share, i went around to see what the others guys were selling... haha
Then went with weina to take pay together. Weina name was wrong in the pay check haha, Li became LIM and my amount of pay also not correct..... waited for 3 hour just to get things done and i had to go another time to collect the rest of my pay.
Anyway after getting our pay we decided to go catch a movie! Watched the Gameplan with her.
Review of the movie: Damn nice and touching too!
